I had an idea in mind, and they took my inspiration pictures and brought it to life! Iris is amazing—she helped my fiancé and me pick out our rings and gave us so much helpful advice along the way. She really knows her stuff and made the whole experience fun and easy. The service here is fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

James Ackert I have used these folks to size an Omega watch bracelet and polish a nice Tissot watch with an 18k gold bezel. Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! My husband gave me this ring on our 15th anniversary which symbolized a new beginning in our marriage. 3 years ago I went to the place I purchased it for its annual checkup. They told me that all 5 diamonds were loose and I should not even wear it until I gave them $475 to secure them. In the box it went until we could see spending the extra cash. I picked up an imitation ring to function as my wedding ring. Recently we sensed it was time to get my ring back on my hand and thought it best to find a local private jeweler, The Gold Exchange downtown Mount Dora. When I went to pick it up today, I learned that it just needed a bit of tightening and polishing. The charge?? Here I had not enjoyed my beautiful symbol for 3 years. I was so overjoyed to see my beautiful ring on my finger I broke into tears. The fabulous lady who served us appreciated the meaning and joined me in celebration. We have found our new jeweler!
