1 /5 Kyandrea J.: Initially their service was good and recently it seems to have gone way down. Im in the process of buying a second home and the underwriter stated the mailing address was incorrect on our policy. For over 2 weeks I have been trying to reach my agent Yarislyn with no response. Ive called and left messages and still no response. The person who answered the phone stated they couldnt help because she is the one who works on my file. In order to avoid delays in my closing I had to get new insurance through another agent. When I sent an email to let her know I am canceling, there wasnt any sympathy to the situation. Just an response to send the new policy. Avoid this company!!

He was very communicative and helped me with the more complicated process of canceling my existing insurance to switch to a new company. Its nice to know that I can just call or email him if I have a question as Ive never had that before with an insurance provider. Definitely recommend working with Jose and Guardian Tower Insurance!
