She was able to save us money on our home insurance as well as offering flood insurance at a very reasonable price. She was very upfront and honest about our auto insurance stating we had already had the best rate on our current policy. I would recommend Her to anyone that asks.

1 /5 Vicky Kinah: Would not recommend. After they sign you up for a policy with any company, you will need to reach a Brightway agent to make any changes. This should be simple as previously one agent was assigned per client. Now you have to go through the 888 number and you will reach a different member each time. Ive been trying for one month to make a simple change to my policy and have called 20+ times. Each time, I have to explain the issue and they say they will get back to me. No emails or call backs are ever given. My payment is due within a week and still the new pricing on my policy is incorrect.
