This family was so sweet and helpful, they even cleaned as well! They were friendly and welcoming and their beautiful workmanship blew us both away. My ring hasnt looked this beautiful since the day my husband proposed! They are the BEST!

bloodslash90 Quite white-glove service here! I sent in a Waltham thats about 125 years old after looking around all over town and finding nobody who would even want to touch it. The guy took it, quoted me 10 days, and it was done in precisely 10 days at an affordable $220. Its running like a top now and came back to me in a nice, cushy little box. Now well see if I can get another 125 years out of it! If you need real *watch work* done and not just a battery swap, dont bother looking anywhere else but here. This is the only guy in Ocala that will do it. ADDENDUM: Around a week or so after the initial repair, the minute hand fell off the dial which to my understanding was not his fault. Being that it was made while Queen Victoria was still on the throne, it had come loose due to either use, age, or both. Either way, **he fixed it for me while I waited in the span of 5 minutes at no charge.** This guy has a ONE YEAR warranty on his repair jobs and he does good work.

You can really tell that care and creativity go into every item. The customer service was excellent, friendly, and helpful without feeling pushy. My husband gave me this ring on our 15th anniversary which symbolized a new beginning in our marriage. 3 years ago I went to the place I purchased it for its annual checkup. They told me that all 5 diamonds were loose and I should not even wear it until I gave them $475 to secure them. In the box it went until we could see spending the extra cash. I picked up an imitation ring to function as my wedding ring. Recently we sensed it was time to get my ring back on my hand and thought it best to find a local private jeweler, The Gold Exchange downtown Mount Dora. When I went to pick it up today, I learned that it just needed a bit of tightening and polishing. The charge?? Here I had not enjoyed my beautiful symbol for 3 years. I was so overjoyed to see my beautiful ring on my finger I broke into tears. The fabulous lady who served us appreciated the meaning and joined me in celebration. We have found our new jeweler!
