The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece. They were knowledgeable about the jewelry and answered all of my questions patiently. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, and they made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and exceptional customer service.

1 /5 Michelle Perot: I had a box of gold Jewelry from an estate that I had David Scott jewelry go through. I wanted a second quote on purchasing gold. When employee from David Scott gave me a quote, she shorted her quote by 20% not knowing I had a quote from another store. This female said if I do an instore credit, she would add 20% to amount she offered. I already have a number from another store, and it was clear she was trying to pull one over on me. If you add the 20% to the amount she offered, its the same as other stores offer. Come on guys, this is not a car lot, its suppose to be a reputable jewelry store. I have been to David Scott in the past, both locations. I have never been given a welcoming feeling. No big smiles, almost an entitled feeling. They really act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. Wheres that small town feeling?

5 /5 Cindy Calhoun: I needed several watch batteries replaced and stopped in this store. We were immediately and pleasantly greeted by three smiling associates. Gina was the associate who assisted me. The displays are gorgeous and walking by without looking too closely for fear of seeing something I couldn’t live without, I proceeded to the counter. They replaced the batteries while I went to lunch, texted me when they were finished and I picked them up. The watches were all set to the current time which I appreciated. I definitely would recommend David Scott Fine Jewelry!
