All of the staff (Molly, Paula, and Joy) are VERY helpful, friendly, and on top of everything. Molly was amazing with me through the whole process of getting homeowners insurance. I would not have had the same experience at any other office. I 100 percent recommend going with State Farm in Monticello!

She worked tirelessly to resolve an issue with my escrow payment check being cashed but not posted to my policy and was able to ensure that the payment was properly processed, posted and that my declaration page was transmitted to my mortgage holder before there was a lapse in the policy.
