Rosa Avelar was the agent that assisted me. She is very courteous and professional. She made me feel important and provided me with great service. Rosa is not your typical insurance agent. She goes the extra mile to be sure you have the right amount of coverage for your situation. After being involved with another agency and due to their lack of involvement and communication my previous homeowners insurance was to be cancelled so I reached out to Rosa and right away she got involved and resolved the matter in a timely manner.
