I have been a client for years for home and auto and everything is on autopilot. I dont even know who my agents are because people come and go. But I am proactive and when I check in with them they are attentive. They took care of business when we got the new roof and bracing. Unfortunately, we installed an alarm system 4 years ago but didnt realize it would lower our premium until I noticed there was a line item on the bill from the company. They helped me get the certificate etc. But company doesnt give back credit.
I would give them 5 stars if they check in with their clients and go over things: ask about improvements, suggest improvements, and going over your auto. Maybe the agents dont make money on renewals.
But like I said they are attentive when you contact them, you just need to be educated about insurance. I like email and they work great with email!! They are a good fit for me.
