5 /5 A. Loof: I had my policy written less than a week ago, but it was full of errors, so I didnt sign the electronic document. Ive been trying to get everything straightened out ever since. A couple days ago, a woman at this office was very helpful, but I didnt catch her name. Today, I called back and got John Peck. He was able to straighten everything out, going beyond the call of duty. He made sure I understood everything I was getting on my policy. Ive worked in customer service for most of my life, and he is an ace representative! KUDOS!!!
