Alfredo Rocha Luis from Lonora Gold, is a kind and professional owner. I will now be coming here for any jewelry / watch repairs or cleaning. He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old. I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. Josette, Mingyi, and Eric are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgable and respectful team. The entire staff is incredibly hospitable each time I pay a visit. Eric especially went out of his way to meet with me during my last visit this past weekend, and I never once felt any pressure during any previous visits. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Barbara Huba I was recently referred to Michael at Calhoun from a friend who lives in Carmel. This is a wonderful store. Michael, who oversees the shop has vast knowledge of his inventory as well as estate jewelry. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Also, he has a great personality to go along with his knowledge! I feel looking for estate jewelry info can contact Calhoun whether or not they live in the Carmel area. You wont be disappointed!

Liset Melgoza We bought a chain within a day it broke, we came in today to try to get it fixed and the guy wanted to charge us. As a courtesy they should of automatically fixed it. I believe all his jewelry is fake, it shouldn’t break within a day. If it’s real gold it would be more resistant. It’s a waste of money,

Leanne I love shopping here. Unfortunately I shop here too much but that’s another story. Honestly my favorite place to pick up gymwear I’ve also come across some great NBA gear and all clad cookware. There’s always great deals to be had here. The staff are super nice, i feel like a few of them have been there for as long as I’ve been in Davis. They’re always super friendly and nice. I do wish they didn’t have to try sell that credit card so heavily but I know that’s just them following orders. Frankly for how much I shop here it eventually made sense to get it. However, before I did, I always hated having to tell them no. It’s kind of an annoying conversation to have repeatedly especially when I first moved here as an immigrant with no credit history! The store is generally always tidy, gets new stuff regularly and is easy to find what you’re looking for in.
