She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it better than I could have imagined. I have gone to The King’s Jewelers for quite a few things now and every time I’ve been well taken care of regardless of who I was working with. I love their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. LOVE my new emerald and tsavorite ring! Thank you!! Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

5 /5 Paris Coyne: I worked with Marielle and her team to make a custom bolo tie as a wedding gift for my husband. I worried it might be an unusual request, but they were wonderful and took it on! Not only did they design the bolo tie, but they replaced a cracked amethyst in an heirloom ring of his, using the old amethyst for the bolo tie. I had requested his favorite mountain to be featured (Camelback, AZ) and a small turquoise cabochon—and that if theyd be able to add saguaros, that would be a bonus. When I received the bolo tie, I was BLOWN AWAY. Theyd suggested making the mountain out of reticulated silver, and it was stunning. Not only that, but they had mounted the amethyst with green-gold SAGUARO PRONGS!! It was beyond my wildest dreams. My husband loves his bolo tie, I love seeing him wear it, and its now an heirloom piece that well be able to continue to pass down that has a story of its own already. We also got our wedding rings through The Kings Jewelers. They sourced an amethyst for a signet ring and replaced it in a vintage setting (after removing the original amethyst to repurpose without damaging it!). They also reset and fortified the band on my vintage engagement ring. Their work was superb, with excellent customer service throughout. Ill be a lifelong customer.

5 /5 Janene Littlejohn: I would highly recommend the Kings Jewelers. Everyone there is so kind and attentive. I recently brought in several pearl necklaces to determine their value and determine which were "real". Most were given to me and I will be passing them onto my children. Sheri did a great job educating me on the value of the pieces. She was patient and generous with her time and knowledge. In the past they made a ring for me and they have also reset and repaired my engagement ring and other pieces. Their work is exceptional.

Customer service is such a priority, they are always available to clean old pieces, resize rings, and fix old pieces. I trust their quality and service. They’re able to make custom pieces, Marielle made me this custom ERAS ring and I’m obsessed with it !!!

The staff was very willing to help without being pushy; they took good care of my fiance and I, even ordering a ring we were interested in that they didn’t have in stock so we could see it in person. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs!
