Trina DiNapoli I just returned home after having such a wonderful experience at Ideal Jewelry..the owner and young woman working couldnt have been kinder or more helpful..I bought a Timex watch with expandable band and tried to make the band smaller by watching a youtube video.Long story short , I had heard about Ideal and went right down and within 20min. my band was fixed and the charge was so minimal..I highly recomend Ideal Jewelry especially since its family owned..Thank you so much for your kindness..I will be back. Berenice took the time to listen to what I was looking for, shared her knowledge, and never once made me feel rushed. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and found the perfect piece. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive, Berenice is a real gem! Marcel Montemayor Caro is a Master Craftsman jeweler "not a salesman". So his advice is what you want to hear and youll be grateful for it. He made my fiancée a spectacular custom wedding ring set based on a few reference photos we liked. The design came out way better than imagined. There has been many compliments about the ring. Caro suggested having six prongs to securely hold the main diamond; which looks beautiful and gives us peace of mind knowing it wont fall out. I definitely recommend having him expertly size the ring for that perfect fitment the rings created were a custom size between 5 & 5-1/4 for that perfect non-spinning fit. We couldnt be happier and Im thankful that we have such a beautiful ring for our lifetime. Just drop by and talk to him; you wont regret it.
