My brother and I met Jose about 7 years ago, when Jose was working for another company. We were always impressed at Joses knowledge and kindness. Whenever we had a issue or question about our car insurance, Jose was there to help. He never made us feel like we were interrupting his day. A few months ago, my brother and I were told that he wasnt working at that company anymore. We were sad but we thought we could give a chance to the new insurance broker. We expected the same kindness, friendliness, and welcoming that were used to receiving from Jose. She was not friendly at all or even helpful. A couple times she made us feel like we were interrupting her day. We couldnt stay with that company any longer because we didnt feel welcome. We were SOOO LUCKY to find Jose again. Jose welcomed us cheerfully into his new company, Orange Auto Insurance Services. We switched our car insurance, so Jose could be our agent, without hesitations. The process was fast. Jose was able to spend adequate time with us, answer our questions and we were able to get the best deal on our car insurance. Just recently, I got into a car accident.
