Cheryl’s hands-on approach makes you feel like you are her top priority, which is incredibly comforting during the stressful time of handling an insurance claim. Cheryl’s attentiveness and genuine concern provides a much-needed sense of relief in challenging situations. Cheryl’s customer service skills are beyond exceptional and set the bar that no one else can beat. I would give more stars if I could, as her outstanding service deserves to be recognized!

Cathy Morris I was greeted nicely when I entered the lobby. There were about a half of a dozen or more people ahead of me and was told I had a twenty minute wait. I was called within ten minutes, the woman who took my information was very nice, professional personable and knowledgeable. She got me out of there in a timely manner. I would go back to them again if I am in that area and need to use their services.

Tom is the only insurance person that I know off that will come to your office and those times where you really stressed and hold your hand and just make it work out for your best interests. If you are in need of insurance commercial general workers comp home and auto insurance do not look anywhere else call Tom and believe it or not .He will get it done in within one day and he personally will come to your office and go over the policy with you.

During my initial conversation with Jay he wouldn’t sell me a policy as the costs were higher with him than in my current situation. Jay didn’t forget us, checking in regularly, not enough to bug, but enough to let me know that he was remembered us and was working for our business. I’m guessing about 14 months after my inquiry, Jay was able to provide policies for our home and two vehicles. He offered several different payment options, but as the pricing had significant saving versus my current policies, I was able to select the annual payment option . We only have to pay once a year and our home and cars are protected. I can’t say enough good things about Jay, his business, dedication and ethics.
