Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.

Donna McCord Randy is one of those people that truly loves what he does and it shows in how he has explained to us what services he has to offer, what personally is best for us in terms of insurance coverage, what ways he can help and how we will benefit long term. He makes it clear how proud he is working with State Farm and the high level of service and integrity the company represents. Most insurance companies today do not have someone like Randy that works with you individually...you call and who knows who you will be working with that particular day. Randy makes every effort to get to know you and make sure that he is available for personal service when needed. That is so valuable these days especially!
