1 /5 Cecilia Akagiggles: My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here in December and not even a month after one of the diamonds fell off, then the “real” ring band began to fade to gold -.- and today another diamond fell off and I am constantly taking it off when washing or applying any products to my hands. Would NOT RECOMMEND! When I called to ask about fixing my diamonds she said she would charge me -.- DEFINITELY GONNA BE WASTING MY ONE OFF DAY STORMING IN HERE I’m just mad I haven’t gone already since it is a bit of a drive.

1 /5 Jose Saldana: Avoid this jewelry store at all cost. Specially, if you’re changing the battery of a watch. My mom took her Elgin watch to replace the battery on it. The young lady there with acne scars told us that she can replace it but I’ll take 5 minutes to do so and that we can shop around in the mean time. When we came back for the watch, the cover of the watch that goes on top was missing and the plastic that holds the cover was broken. My mom told her that when she brought the watch in it had the cover and it wasn’t broken. The lady stated that the cover was missing on the watch because she removed the battery from the back. We went to a different jewelry store (JF Jewelers in Rialto) to get a second opinion to find out if what she said was true. The jeweler inspected the watch and stated that when she put the battery back, she put too much pressure to close the back cover where the battery goes and broke the watch cover that goes on the front of the watch. Avoid this place at all costs if you’re changing the battery of a watch or repairing jewelry.
