Narine Herszage Ive been working with Brandon Burroughs and his team for more than four years and cant be happier. Ever since, the renewal is a breeze. We have employees in different states, which makes our account quite complicated. Brandon, with his team, helps with the right plans, takes time to listen to what issues we are trying to solve, what concerns our employees have and brings alternatives so that we have the best possible offer for our employees. Three years ago, the Bolton team helped us move to the online benefits administration portal, which was most appreciated during the Open Enrollment 2021. The customer service is terrific. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Bolton team to anyone looking for a great insurance business partner.

DAVID Alex is hands down the best. Very fast service and he got us the quote and the information we needed. We were the first customers there and no hesitation he was quick and did not make us wait. Even tho people kept coming in he was polite to them and still helped us while he got busy. I don’t know who is in charge but Mr. Alex deserves a raise ! He has the Best Customer Service !!

Touge Evo They are never not friendly. They try to get you in and out as soon as they can, and it’s so convenient to register a new car under your name or get new tags without going to the DMV!
