MorAlev I had my first Cartier costumer experience last month. I wanted to have Love series jewelry but didn’t know if they suited me. We just walked in to the shop because my husband wanted to surprise me! And Alex welcomed us with such a gentle manner. Because of him we experienced a magical Cartier style experience, it was very special.. So we ended up buying the Love series ring, earrings and a bracelet. Few days later I decided I might try a bigger size bracelet because I wasn’t sure about the size. Alex again called us immediately to the shop and had me try the bigger size, but I ended up keeping the one I bought. Also bought a love necklace, while I have the other pieces of the series. I am grateful to Alex Esquivel who made our shopping experience so memorable with his gestures and kindness and knowledge. I LOVE them…

Eddie chung Today, I came back to Hung Phat to sell back my diamonds and earrings that I purchased from the store. Before when I bought the earrings, I was informed that I can sell back the stone with the high quality that I purchased, I was also instructed with proper care for the earrings. I met Nhu Y and she helped me to inspect the stone again and the process went easy and smoothly. Everything was accordingly to how she informed me when I first purchased it. Now I’m saving more to come back and buy a bigger one!
