5 /5 Manuel Hernandez: Esmeralda is a very knowledgeable employee to go to! She carries herself very well and it is obvious that she knows what she’s talking about. I appreciated how she easily explained things for me to understand and wasn’t in a hurry to get me out the door. I once visited State Farm to ask a question about a situation I was in and I arrived very last minute, right when they were about to close. However, Daniela was willing to help me get all my questions answered. I did not feel rushed and I appreciated Daniela’s patience the entire time. She’s really good at her job and I would recommend her to any other customer.
