S A-M Colby My wife and I walked from the RV park that we were staying at to this office to purchase Mexican insurance. We quickly discovered that pictures were needed for the policy and said we would return the next day. Christian was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the RV park so he could take the necessary pictures. We are also traveling with my 91 year old father-in-law who also required insurance. Christian took pictures of both our RVs drove myself and my father-in-law back to the office. My FIL just got a new hip so he is walking with a cane, Christian sat with him at the office so he didnt need to stand through the duration. After we were both done he drove us back to the RV Park. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful young man and his customer relation skills. Thanks again to Payless Insurance and Christian!!!

Rita Rojas We switched to Michael Carey (Farmers) when our prior policy sky rocketed due to our 2 teenage drivers. He made our teen drivers affordable! He has saved us a lot of money on an umbrella policy covering our home and automobiles. We have been with him 14 years and have had great, personalized customer service. When our needs change he quickly returns calls and puts together a new policy without any complaints. Then he follows up with an email to keep us fully informed. Michael also still trys to save us money when ever possible. We really appreciate his courteous nature and great work ethics.
