Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Jeannie Wright Temecula finally has a first class jewelry and watch store! I want to buy my husband a very special watch for his 70th birthday and I found this jewelry store by the promenade mall. A wonderful selection and a wonderful staff. The owner helped me select a beautiful watch and gave me a great deal. The showroom is beautiful. You need to take a look at this place before you go anywhere else. I have shopped in the nicest jewelry stores in Europe and the US this place ranks right up there.

Cheryl What a lovely business. I stopped here with my daughter to see if be able to repair her necklace and it was not easy. The woman at the counter was able to find a creative solution so that my daughter could still clasp her necklaces. My daughter was thrilled. I asked how much we owed her and she said it was complementary. These are good people thank you very much..

Oscar Flores Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.
