Julie Olsen Oscar and his team are wonderful. He skillfully crafted a custom diamond engagement ring and diamond baguette wedding band from a design we brought to him over 17 years ago and it came out so beautiful. Then, about five years ago, I accidentally lost the diamond wedding band and was never able to find it. Being one of a kind, I resigned to the fact that I’d never have it again and replaced it with a plain band which just never looked right. So this year I traveled back to Los Angeles from the east coast, after having moved away, and stopped in to see the team and commission the replacement of that band and within a couple weeks I had my gorgeous new ring which was nearly identical to the original and yet somehow even more beautiful than before. He offered me different size chains when the necklace I liked was to short for my liking. I can definitely say his amazing customer service is what made us choose to buy my necklace here, even though we spent a little more then we were planning on. However it was definitely worth it!
