Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

Shan Roberts I have owned a pair of the swan gouges for the last 3 years and without fail they are my most complimented pair. I get stopped everywhere about them. They are also incredibly versatile. I get people loving the delicatness of the swan shape and other people just commenting on how badass they look. They somehow appeal to every time of person. By far my best jewelry pieces.

She is the only reason I returned to purchase another bracelet for my daughters and the reason I’m rating the 5 stars. To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Your staff was providing great service and the way you spoke to her in front of us and other customers was uncalled for. Great job Lauren! You are a great representation of what Pura Vida is.

Marisa McGinnis Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. Ive been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think its a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.
