David Droste: Allstate Insurance - Temecula (CA)

1 /5 Shannon Anderson: From a customer service standpoint, this agency leaves much to be desired. If you want Allstate insurance, do yourself a favor and go to Will Joyce’s agency in old town Temecula. They answer the phone every time you call. Droste lies and pretends he never misses any of your calls and takes zero accountability for the lack of customer service. I highly recommend you find another agency. He literally said “do you pay my rent? Then don’t tell me how to run my business, no I don’t have a secretary, they cost too much.”

1 /5 Heather Klementich: If I could give no stars I would. I just moved and was changing policies from one state to another and so Allstate referred me to Davids agency. I called on Monday and never received a call back . I called again only to have an extremely nonprofessional conversation. He was rude and not interested in my timeline . Policies were written wrong . Corporate has been contacted. I almost lost my new car in the process. I am now with an agency that takes the time to listen , gather information , call me back when needed and is honest in their work ethic . They go the extra mile with a smile .

1 /5 Sean Brands: Very nice when I first opened my policy with them which I had been with them for years but switched to david when I moved states. After signing up I decided to change somethings in my policy which I was adding more coverage but that seemed to annoy him. Then after cancelling my policy he made a mistake where instead of getting money back I got charged for cancelling and then within 2 days of getting my bill it was at a collections agency for 51$ and on my credit. So I called all state directly and they said it was policy to send closed account balances to collection agencies immediately. Thank god for the ability to dispute things on your credit because they need to give you more than 2 days notice before they send it to collections. And I was on auto pay so my account was always fully paid up. Thanks for the hassle.

1 /5 L Lukes: David stated that it was “not his job” to inform us that Allstate could no longer provide us with homeowners insurance after we had been insured with them for over 7 years (home, auto, etc). When I asked why he didn’t contact us to inform of of this change, he was very nonprofessional, becoming very defensive and angry. Why have an agent if he is not looking out for his clients?
