5 /5 Nadeem Jawaid: I have known Victor Ham for the last 19 years. He helped me to get a flood insurance for my first home in Sacramento. In 2010, I moved into a new home and we lost our contact. Last year I approached him after a long time for my home Insurance as the company was increasing my insurance premium every year. He gave me a policy from a company and lowered my premium. Unfortunately this company decided to get out of California this year and I was in a situation where I couldnt find any company that would sell me home insurance. Those who are still taking new business in California are too expensive. I called Victor and asked for his help and he found me a cheaper and better coverage from a very reputable company. The most shocking thing is that he is not even their agent so my new policy did not earn him any financial benefit other than the fact that I am compelled to write a review for his outstanding customer service and unmatched business ethics. They are professional and personable all at once I am always impressed at how almost every time I call, they pick up!
