Sandra Erickson I was one of the many in California who were faced with a non renewable insurance policy. Needless to say a very stressful situation. I did due diligence and checked into my options. adan I was shopping around for a building policy seems impossible now to get coverage for your apartment. I asked around and I was referred to Marilynn . She was able to lock me in with farmers for my apartments. I really appreciate the comprehensive time and advice she gave me about open exposures. She went to the site and told me what looks like a potential hazard something other agents I’ve worked in the past have never done. I took the time to read her reviews before I called her I was hesitant as I saw people were paying more and still went with it. Well I can’t say I saved I had better options lines up in terms of price but I appreciate how informative and experienced she is. I feel peace something I assumed I had with my past carriers only to know they sold me based on my need to save me obviously that’s was not smart as I assumed I had great coverage. Nevertheless I learned insurance is something that should be considered carefully. With everyone happy to call a lawyer I need to ensure if that crosses I am protected. Overall I hope to keep a good relationship with my now new agent . Thank you for the advice

At first the language barrier was an issue but after some time being established with her, Ive seen how tirelessly she serves us clients and want to commend her for her support.

Deborah Jeff provided me with information and guidance as I made changes to my account after selling a property, keeping another property insured and moving my auto insurance into that account to keep the “Bundle” discount. Overall, I had many questions and he was patient in answering and managed to answer in a language that I could understand. No small feat!
