Scott Wilkerson Catherine and her office are simply amazing! After some 20 years with AAA, we moved to Catherine. Wow, she spent considerable time with us understanding every detail of our home and possessions, and helped us make very wise choices on optimizing our coverage. We made substantial changes to better reflect our risk and coverage needs. Everyone in our area is not being renewed: the issue is not specific to State Farm. Catherine took control and helped us navigate the California Fair plan and wraparound insurance. We have a true partner in Catherine: she, and her office, are amazing.

I had to call back and find out the employees name , that was one of the best services I’ve experienced in a while thanks Ivan. Closed the deal .

NF Robertson This insurance company is the BEST around! Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!
