Luis Maha I love dealing with her instead of DMV. She expedites everything! For example, the first time I stepped in her office, It was almost 5 and I had a forgotten I had to be in court the next day; with proof of insurance and registration or proof of having it now. I had neither. She found me the cheapest liability insurance I had ever heard of, and renewed my registration, along with a print out from dmv confirming it.
