Ive worked with Julie and Nancy most recently and am always so impressed with their knowledge, timeliness in response and general helpfulness. Being a busy professional, I specifically like getting off the phone, with one phone call, and having all the detailed information I need. Julie is thorough and understands my onslaught of questions and easily manages to lay everything out for me. Ive had multiple cars, multiple drivers, and a few dings along the way.
