I cant speak highly enough of the company, they have helped me get the most out of my insurance and, in doing so, saved me a LOT of financial problems.

1 /5 Dwight A: Avoid! They straight up lie and never follow up with you. I don’t know how many times I have to call them about getting insurance and they claim to be working on it and nothing happens no emails no call backs nothing! The one time they got me insurance “supposedly”I lost it because of their mistake my bank confirmed it was their mistake. I get that getting house insurance in California is hard right now. But don’t string people along like you’re helping them and just straight up ghost them. They are unprofessional so if someone recommends them good luck lol.

Shortly there after I signed up for renters insurance for which Paul and his team did a great job teaching me why I should have renters coverage. Flash forward a few years later, new care for the wife, house, and kids, Paul has found top of the line carriers that do what insurance companies should do. I had a small fender bender a few years ago and Paul was very detailed on how to resolve the claim and because of the carrier he recommended, the claim resolution was a breeze. I work in sales and insurance industry and have come across hundreds of agents. There is a reason why I chose to work with Paul and the team at Gateway, and its because I know I can count on them.
