Vivian King I contacted Sabrina a year ago regarding home owners insurance for my property. Sabrina responded right away and at the time it made more sense to renew with my existing provider. This year my rates went up considerably. I contacted Sabrina again and she responded immediately. I received a very competitive quote meeting most of my existing terms. Not only did she explained and answered all my questions - Sabrina articulated the process (timing, payment, home inspection etc.). I am very pleased with Sabrina and I highly recommend her.

Tony has always been the best in the business. He gets me the best coverage and best price available and has always had answers for my questions. Daniela Avila I like Farmers insurance but I LOVE the customer service at this Farmers Insurance location. My representative Ana is dedicated, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute delight to work with. She made sure I found a plan that worked best for me and covered everything that I needed. I hope that she is recognized for her amazing work! It is hard to find this type of customer service and hers is something that I’ve always appreciated! I would also like to add that Julia was very kind, understanding and sweet. While Ana was out of office, Julia stepped in to assist me and answer some of my questions with ease and certainty. Ana and Julia, thank you ever so much for making what felt like a stressful process, such an easy one!! You guys are such a dream team!!

Carson Parker Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing. They work hard to make sure their clients are well taken care of and they share great knowledge about every detail in your insurance plans so you know exactly what you are paying for and why. They have good insight to help you decide which plan is right for you and it’s always fun coming in and saying hi! Heather always gets work done for me when I need it most and it is always done right away! You can’t beat Jason Cimolino’s office in mckinleyville. They are the best.
