The agent I spoke with took the time to understand my specific needs. I told him about my daily drives to work in the busy Salinas Valley and my concerns about potential accidents on the highway. He assured me they had a great policy that would keep me protected without breaking the bank. When I had to file my first claim after a minor accident on N Main St, I was a bit anxious about the whole process. But the claims department was fantastic! They walked me through everything step by step, and I felt supported the whole time. To my surprise, my claim was processed quickly, and they followed up with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They even called me every six months to review my policy and check if there were any ways to save money. I never experienced that kind of attention with my previous insurer! D K I popped into the office to resolve a matter with my vehicle. The mirror on the drivers side door had fallen down while I was driving the night before, and I caught it ( the window was open. whew, good thing) so it would not damage the 2 wires attached inside. I spoke with Shawn/Sean/Shaun, and then Ivan took over. Ivan inspected the mirror and discovered the clips were not securely attached. I appreciate how Ivan took control of my concern so quickly and figured out the issue in a matter of moments. Truly the most professional, pleasant, and quickest customer service I received at AAA again. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Thank you, Ivan and Shawn.
