5 /5 Debi Prince: Stopped by AAA in Menlo Park to find DMV forms. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! No long lines. Courteous AAA staff member was able to answer my questions.

1 /5 MSad Shirani: Terrible Claims Experience AAA completely mishandled my rear-end collision claim. First my adjuster was unresponsive for weeks despite multiple emails. They switched adjusters without notice, then the supervisor gave contradictory advice and later denied it. When their delays caused $3,000 in storage fees, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. Weeks of ignored emails, false statements, and attempts to shift their mistakes onto an innocent accident victim. Avoid AAA - worst customer service ever.

1 /5 Mele Fakapelea: I came in today to take care of 2 of my vehicles that I have with AAA. I have a total of 4 vehicles with them and I just want to come in and see what I owe bc I had a few things on hold for my 2 vehicles. And hopefully settle them and get my tags. The front desk John was amazing great customer services looked happy to be there and than I was called by a young lady I dont know her name bc she didn’t really introduce herself and she seem very standoff. Like she was bored and didn’t want to be there. All the while the other clients next to me were having a great time getting their problems fixed. I had a horrible time bc I felt she was giving me you should know what this means when she handed me papers to my vehicles. I hated sitting across from her I got the info I needed and couldn’t wait to leave. I even forgot my phone. I was so mad I told John hey you set me up with the worst person here. Please hire people that are here to help us customers not preach to us on how we should know what is wrong with our vehicles. We came here to find out.
