5 /5 D K: I popped into the office to resolve a matter with my vehicle. The mirror on the drivers side door had fallen down while I was driving the night before, and I caught it ( the window was open. whew, good thing) so it would not damage the 2 wires attached inside. I spoke with Shawn/Sean/Shaun, and then Ivan took over. Ivan inspected the mirror and discovered the clips were not securely attached. I appreciate how Ivan took control of my concern so quickly and figured out the issue in a matter of moments. Truly the most professional, pleasant, and quickest customer service I received at AAA again. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Thank you, Ivan and Shawn.

1 /5 ________: Currently writing this review as I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for my tow. It’s been an hour and a half and you guys still haven’t found a driver yet? I just called up and was told I’m going to have to wait another hour and a half and that it’s not guaranteed a driver will even show up. What’s up with that!? Edit: Just got the car on the bed 3 hours later. Mercedez and Gabe are really cool. :) Wait time is still absurd tho…

1 /5 Erica Cruz: This place tried to scam me into purchasing a new starter for my car. Had my battery replaced last month by AAA. Worked fine until 3 days ago when the battery died while I was parked with the car running. AAA come out and after a lengthy back and forth ended up replacing the battery at no cost since it was still under warranty. The car died the next morning in the middle of the street as I was driving to work and I had to call for a tow. The AAA tow driver said I likely had a problem with my alternator and recommend I take it to this location to be serviced since I would receive a discount as a AAA member. Waited hours only for them to tell us that there was an issue with the starter and in order for them to even check the functionality of the alternator, we would need to replace the starter. Called around to some other auto shops and each one agreed that they didn’t think AAA was being truthful. Ended up picking up my keys and paying $188 for a bull shit false diagnostic that was even completed since they never actually checked the issue we brought it there for. Had my vehicle towed to another shop in Suisun where they discovered the battery connection was loose and damaged. They replaced the alternator for me, got the car started 10 times without issue and recommended we have the battery replaced for a third time since the one we have was damaged by AAA.

5 /5 Shirley Tierney: They were Honest !! Took my bros 2018 Honda here and there was a few things wrong with it! My brother thought it was not correct! Which he knows nothing about cars! So we ended up taking his car to Honda Fairfield! They totally tried ripping him off saying he needed a whole new transmission and that they would only give him 1000 towards a trade in ! Long story short AAA was correct and we ended up getting 7 gs for trade in ! They were honest which I feel is rare ! Thank you
