On March 25, 2025, my brand-new Tesla Model Y (less than one month old) was rear-ended. I filed the claim on the same day. Since then, rain has begun leaking into the trunk area of the vehicle, raising serious concerns about potential internal damage.
Despite the urgency of the matter, I have not received a single phone call from Ms. Garduno. I have left her four to five voicemails over the past few weeks, none of which have been returned. Three days ago, I also left a voicemail for her supervisor, Steven, and followed up with another voicemail today. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from either of them.
The complete lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the time-sensitive nature of water damage.
I would appreciate it if this issue could be escalated immediately and handled by someone who can provide timely and professional support. Please let me know how this will be addressed.
