The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

Chris McCullough Just went in for a cleaning of a ring and he made it look brand new. Only took about 10 minutes, he also realigned the prongs on the stone for me. Only charged me $20 and im very very happy. Thank you.

Alex Hopkins Came in to have a ring I ordered online resized after I made a mistake measuring my size. Frank was very friendly and helpful, we worked out the correct size and was offered a perfectly reasonable price for the work. To top it off, less than an hour later their jewler had the ring reduced to the correct size with no visible solder joints or damage. I would definitley come back and would recomend them anyone in the area looking for repairs on their jewlery.
