Bill Wehde and Scott King are unresponsive, rude, and worse inefficient. . if you want any kind of service don’t hold your breath. I’ve been going back and forth for over 3 months trying to get basic info. This man belittled me, was patronizing and then when I asked for EOIs on both my policies with premiums that have already been paid-, he refused to send me the info. His voice rose 5 decibles and he babbled chauvinistic insults on a rant. It was truly unbelievable. It would be -5 if that was an option on the yelp scale. An innocent bystander heard the exchange and we both had to laugh it was so insulting. Like this has to be a prank sort of thing. Come to think of it, I should probably report this . I had to remind Bill this was his business- to take care of customers. Wow wow wow Beware
