Her staff is the best! Ive had several interactions with customer service rep Kara Wilson who is always friendly, professional and efficient. She is truly an asset to this already stellar team. 5 /5 JESSE COFFEY: I have had State Farm Insurance for over 30 years and have always received amazing service! When my original Agent retired I had the option to select a new Agent to assist me. Stephanie Bader came highly recommended and has always provided excellent service. She is extremely honest and has no problem advising you if another company can offer a better rate. Although you can possibly find better rates you will be hard pressed to find better service. Her service and honesty is greatly appreciated and she has earned my business for life. We even refer friends, family, and clients. Stephanies staff is always helpful and available to answer questions whenever needed. Kara has assisted us multiple times and has always been helpful and professional!!

5 /5 Craig Peters: I found Stephanie from State Farm in a letter I received in the mail. I had AAA insurance for quite sometime but they raised my insurance so I figured I would look for a better deal. I called Stephanie and she found me a better rate and decided to add renters insurance and I am still saving more money! She is very friendly and helpful with all my questions and she is very dog friendly as I have a Pug and she wanted pictures of him. She has a lot of pictures of dogs from clients. I also just recently in an accident and she was very helpful. She recommended a body shop and her assistant Kara sent me an SR1 form to fill out and send to the D.M.V. which I knew nothing about and told me to give her a call if I needed any help! So I highly recommend Stephanie Bader as she has been very helpful and saving me a lot more money on my insurance!! Thank you again Stephanie! Craig Peters
