Jennifer and her staff are amazing. I was assisted by Sandra today. She was just as sweet and helpful. My new coverage on my new car was swapped over and my needs were met instantaneously. I had a situation that was time sensitive and he took care of it within five minutes, no run around and complete apathy like you see other places. We have never experienced better service than what we receive from Nony, Carol and their staff. We have moved several times and have continued to stay with this Agency, remotely. They are always there to help us when we have an issue and are very knowledgeable on all aspects of our insurance policies. We have all of our insurance policies with State Farm insurance. Most of the time we work with Carol Spurlock, who is exemplary in the way she communicates and works through problems.
