Chris can be relied upon to be continuously looking out for the best interest of his clients and has saved us on our premiums while at the same time providing us with superior coverage. chandalier brown-burke I lived at apt 1407 1/2 Whitley ave. in Corcoran Ca, for 11 months. Don Huskett was the owner of the apt. I didnt have any problems what so ever with the rental. it was nicely cleaned before I moved in, Don was willing to work with me when i had a change of jobs; he worked with me if i was to have finance problems. Even when it came time for me to move out he had a busy schedule, and i was moving to Washington. It takes a really good person to think of others. As in putting money in my pocket for another deposit for a new place. So his mother and sister took a look a day before I left out of state. They paid me half then when he took a look himself he paid my mom the other half. This was my first rental and if I ever moved anywhere he managed I would defiantly rent from him again! Julie Ellis Ive been using this company for years because they ALWAYS give me the best rate! Ive done my homework and not only do they have an A+ rating with the BBB but they have superior customer service. Like I said Ive been with this company for quite awhile ...at least 12 years because they actually take their time and review with me my best options and several times they found deals i qualify for because of my profession. Btw, I started using them because they were close to my job as temporary insurance but I found they usually beat the rates my job site offered and thats pretty good. I tried other companies but too many ripoff and upsells. I love the manager here. She lets me know upfront if she scans and finds a better deal for me. The workers are VERY efficient and well trained to do the same. I dont usually write reviews but these people are great at saving me bucks!!! I probably owe them a nice Christmas gift this year for all the money they saved me, lol!
