1 /5 Karen Barron: Horrible experience! My parents went to renewed their ITIN only since they already have an agent to do their taxes but at the moment he didnt have his licence for ITIN and the lady who helped them (Graciela) had a horrible attitude. Every question my mother would ask she would answer in a sarcastic way and was telling them that they had to do their taxes there in order to get my mothers ITIN, which is not true. Once she saw my dad last year income her rate went up, when earlier she had helped another family and her rate was a lot less. She has no customer service and I will suggest everyone to go to another place because she will not educate you on your taxes she will just make you feel dumb, and be disrespectful. I hope that the owner gives her a warning because they will lose a lot business with her type arrogance. Thankfully my parents decided to go to anothe place were they were able to just get her ITIN for only $25 when she wanted to charge $65 plus taxes . Ps. my parents would of payed that amount since they were in a rush but she just made my parents so stressed and intimidated. I would of rate 0 stars but it dont let me.
