I went to John to buy life insurance. After asking about my need, John provided me with several options. I asked for cheaper options, and he suggested that I buy life insurance from Costco since I am a member there. During the process of buying life insurance from someone else, I wrote several emails to ask John questions. To my surprise, John always gave me detailed and professional answers, reminding me that I need to stick with term life insurance. He has our best interest in heart. I am deeply touched. I have never met such an honest agent who put our interest before his/hers.

I recently had a broken window which caused by suspicious saboteur contacted to John immediately and then he was able to claim and find me a Mobile Auto Glass to replacement quickly. He was wonderful and followed up with the insurance company numerous times to help me get wonderful service and get my car window reinstalled. I would highly recommend John . In addition, his staff Shirley, who is super helpful staff. She did an impressive job every time I had called for helps or information about my car, heath, IRA and life insurance policies. D.
