Time and time again, when I have contacted her to ask her questions pertaining to my insurance needs, her keen knowledge of the different facets of home, automobile and earthquake insurance has equipped her to accurately address my questions. If it happens that she must first research my question before answering it, she always calls me back in a short, reasonable amount of time. When I have been unable to understand a particular aspect of a given policy, she patiently and congenially explains the details of it so that I am confident I fully understand what the policy covers. She is easy to contact for questions, making several contact numbers available to me. Lastly, because Ms. Viramontes is such an amiable and pleasant person, it is always a pleasure to communicate with her.
