1 /5 Ashley Jimenez: I have insured with them for 5+ years. I canceled my insurance and found a cheaper company 6 days after my policy renewed. After canceling I get a check for 21$. I paid 195 a month. So I wrote a letter and 4 weeks later I get a check for 22$. So I called to find out why. They told me because I didnt cancel when my policy was up, so I only get a small amount of my premium back. Never was this explained that this could happen when I first started insurance with this agent. Never was this explained in any thing that was brought to my attention.i get this is mercury policy, it the agency could have explained this. Especially since mercury says to contact the agent for any other information.
I have never had a good experience going into the office. I always tried to avoid it. The lady at the front taps her nails on her desk while shes helping you as if its an inconvenience. She has this unwelcoming attitude that not only i have noticed but my husband and mom have too. I do not rec9mmend them as they fo not explain things and will let you be screwed in the end when you change companies.
