I really miss GATEWAY INSURANCE, Denise Porter and Cathy Spencer. I gave them all my business during the years I sold Real Estate in Northern California. GATEWAY INSURANCE and all their staff was always amazing.
Unfortunately, Inszone Insurance took over and they’re a nightmare. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls. They’re pure garbage. They tried to get me to switch from a great policy with Mercury to another insurance company that was 5 times more expensive. I just called another insurance company and my quote when back to less than $600 for a 6 month policy. Rotunda was trying to sell me an auto insurance policy that was more than $2,000 for 6 months. Rotunda is the worst agent I’ve ever encountered. Yesterday I walked into her office and she said she had to leave but that she was writing a note to remind herself to call me first thing this morning. She never called me. This is typical of her. I called her and no answer and no call back.
If you’re with Inszone Insurance and Rotunda tries to sell you an expensive policy, don’t sign anything. Go to other insurance companies for another quote. Don’t settle for someone who is lazy and incompetent.
