I had this incident on Thursday and I reported by calling everything about the parties involved. On Monday, I called to check the status of my claim to find out. Davin doesn’t have the other parties Insurance. He couldn’t answer to my question why he didn’t call to check with me, which is what a logical person would do. After this un professionalism, I try to be patient, however yesterday he called me asking would I want to move forward with virtual inspection or would I prefer to have my car inspected at a shop, to which I answered “I prefer shop”. After completing the appointment, they’re informing me. This is for inspection and repairs. I called back to clarify the misunderstanding, but he raised his voice instead. I don’t know if this is part of your training, but I would appreciate if you would go over the phone calls I made during this week.
