1 /5 Gabe&Lina Reyes: Shady business practices. Most companies notify you when there is a price hike. NOT THEM. I was surprised with a bill this month double what I normally pay. No explanation or notification , just charged my credit card on file Note: that I have no new traffic violations in the last 7 years. Anyways, I was able to get the same coverage through another broker at half what they were trying to charge me. I canceled my policy after being a customer for 7 years. They suck! Something else to note: most their reviews have to be fake, their customer service is not good.

Helped me find insurance for my Harley..At first I left after getting a quote that was out of my range but then I got a call back later that evening and found me a great deal. Its very rare to find such a tremendous level of customer service, especially in the insurance brokerage industry. With Aims, they answered all of my questions, concerns, and got me the best quote they could find all while making me feel comfortable, and important. I was very impressed with how easily they were able to navigate policies and find me the one that fit perfect! No hassle, no nonsense, and no questions left unanswered!
