I was impressed with the gentleman that answered the phone, and was then transferred to Brianna Wickstrom. What an amazing employee you have! It is so hard to find great customer service these days, and I definitely found it with Brianna. She answered all of my questions, and called me at the scheduled time today to go over all of her findings. She was kind, courteous, patient and a joy to work with. If you need insurance talk to Horacio Rodriguez he is so helpful and breaks down everything you need piece by piece, will answer every question you need and make you feel at ease. He’s been working with me and my dad since I got in insurance and is the absolute best. He’s has helped us get through rough spots and helps us get what’s best for us.
