2 /5 Frank Weber: I made changes to my insurance and ended up with a canceled policy that I didnt cancel. I spoke with them about it and they said they needed my account information so they could collect payments. I did not give them any information on that, due to the fact they were still charging my debit card every month. Then they wanted me to prove it by coming in with my bank statements. I work out of town for long periods of time so I wasnt available. Im back in town and I have my statement to prove the payment, now I just need to get a ride down there after my 10 to 12 hour work day (because of canceled policy) that I pay for every month but somehow they cant keep track of. Its all to typical now days of insurance companies and banks. There to big to fail and apparently to big to keep track of all the money they take in, and to big to be bothered by their clients and put the onus on you to fix the problem.
