Ariana Smith I read a lot of bad reviews, which I expected, its a collections company. But, a money hungry business refused to take payments from me and wanted what I owed them in full. I told them I couldnt do that, ever. So they sent me to small claims, for payment in full, AFTER they sold my bill. WWCB was very, VERY kind to me when I called and asked if I could make payments with them, a halt the small claims. Theyve been working with me for months now, and I am so thankful to them. Had they not been willing to help me I dont know where my family and I would be financially, in the ditch, most likely. Thank you guys!

Paul Houser Went in the branch for a simple transaction in my mind. Deposit cash into one of my drivers account so the funds are available immediately for his timed payments. Was informed that they wont take cash as a deposit into someone elses account. I can do a money order which will have an immediate hold. Or zelle. I wasnt happy I was mad. So I get loud want to see the manager. I wait. The manager seems free so I enter the cubicle chandlers there. I say are you the manager? No can I help you? Yes the manager ....can I see if I can help you? Yeah the manager! So then I tell him what need he exclaims that the policy is correct. So I ask again for the manager! He points to the next cubicle. From that cubicle echoes the voice of an angel with starlight in her eyes and love in her heart. Katie says come on in here honey I will see what I can do. We talked we laughed she was hawt. She couldve melted asphalt in January in northern Wisconsin. She approved the deposit. With a smile on her face warmth in her heart I even got a hug. Her husband is a very lucky man. Total reversal of attitude on my part. Thank you everyone there.

C G Why were Walk-up boxes installed where the Drive-up boxes used to be? The whole point of a Drive-up box is that you dont have to exit your vehicle to drop off mail. Walk-up boxes dont work for that purpose with most vehicles. Please change them back to Drive-up boxes.
