1 /5 teri monek: Experienced one of the worst customer service at this branch .(7/15/24) Needed help with a "stop payment" transaction. . After staying in line the teller could not help me, was told i need to see the" personal banker" --what a joke ---but he already has a few appointments . She was nice enough to give me a direct phone # to call the department that handles stop payments .Well, that was a disaster . Was told to go back to the branch. When I got there, it was around 11 :25-30. The teller line was long , maybe 10 or so people were waiting so I walked to the" personal bankers" cubicle --- he said he is going for lunch but I can get in line to see the tellers. I told him I already saw a teller earlier. Asked him when he will be back he said 12 but he already has appointments and just repeated to get in line. I asked him if anyone else can help me he said no -get in line. So I decided to go to the Arlington branch. Never been there before. OMG what a difference.!!
As I walked in the door, I was greeted right away by Puja Budhathoki behind a desk. Very friendly, right away she escorted me to a cubicle w/a computer. Completed the task but there was some issue that needed the managers help. Another surprise --Brandy Villa came right away, a friendly professional . I was shocked about the difference in branches.
415 State Ave Marysville branch NEEDS to get training from 3230 172nd NE, Arlington branch how to deal with customers.
I was planning to talk to the Marysville branch manager , but after reading the Review comments I decided against it. I surmise BOFA is aware of the" customer no service"
at the branch--unless the upper management doesnt pay attention to reviews or dont care about the abysmal service.
I will be going to Arlington for any banking transaction from now on. Thank you Brandy and Puja at Arlington Branch.
