5 /5 Dave Proctor: Orser CPA has been my accountant for several decades. Brad and his staff have always been very responsive and proactive for both my personal and business taxes. He has been able to handle some of our more difficult scenarios, both personal and professional, that we have forced upon him. References to other money management professionals and services have been decent. I personally hate dealing with money issues and taxes in particular so its nice to have his patience and experience to keep me financially in line.

1 /5 Jenny W: Used to be a decent place to get your taxes done. However, my husband and I had the absolute worst experience with Brad this year. Not only was he awful and condescending, rude and dismissive to me (all I did was ask him to go over my taxes with me and explain a couple things), he also filed our taxes late and literally screamed at my husband over the phone. I realize tax season is busy, stressful to all... but my husband is an extremely busy professional, as am I. We had everything nicely organized and in a file. It was not a complicated task. Im a local small business owner. This man does not care about you, or your business, and we will NEVER use his services again.

5 /5 Tiffany Gilly-Forrer: Brad and his office do an incredible job every year for us. Their service is gracious and polite and we always feel important to them as clients. We moved to Oregon but still have him and his team do our taxes because we trust them more than anyone else to get us what we need and charge a fair price. I recommend no one else.
